Off to Wacken in a few hours, hope to see alot of you there!
I really can´t wait, new songs will be played, new friends will be met, and new beers will be ... drunk??

I'm agreeing tjerd here with the sound, don't know who to blame... but i have to say:
YOU WERE AWESOME!
The new version of WoG was very good. Kjetil and Mary were really good. The crowd was a little static, but hey it's not really the Music to do circle pit or excesssive headbanging...
EDIT:
Please prove me wrong, but I think anders announced angellore like:
" I am tired to play this, I don't want to play this, but here it is for you: Angellore"
I wore earplugs, I had a lot alcohol, and anders micro was too silent.
I hope anders reads this.

Oh it is, most people just don't do it. At every gig of Tristania I've been to I jumped/danced/headbanged/making a fool of myself, but that the majority of the public prefers to stand still is their problem. I recall my first Tristania gig (Helmond: 21-6-2002, complete with a horrible interview), where a couple of pairs stood in a gothier-than-thou fashion while a couple of friends and me were jumping/dancing/having fun to Kjetils delight, too bad that gig was scarcely attended. |

photos wacken 2009 - copyright metalshots    by the way.. it is so easy to complain haha... quality on wacken is much better than the previous festivals recordings. and the sound quality depends on many things, not only the band; most of the time the mic quality of the camera what disturbs it. |
