That's the standard version of Ashes we get here, at 20$. The other versions (without the cardboard sleeve), with 7 or 9 songs are like 45$.

The video was playing easily in WMP. Are you on a Mac?

so it still doesn't work?

It's really a MPEG Movie... I wonder why it doesn't work...
probably it works if you install a codec pack... especially if you experience codec problems frequently... I can recommend you the webpage http://www.free-codecs.com there you should get everything you need.

i had the same problem before i had to use nero to read the file from the disc cause my computer wouldnt read it either so i took nero turned it into a image file and then burned that image file onto a disc which then allowed me to view it in my computer .   which is what i have to do to all enhanced video clips  so i just put the cd into the drive open up my nero program and then got to covert cd to audio files and the video should show up as a hybrid 2 file and you just click on it and turn it into a image file and then so on like i stated above

Like Deadlocked said, it might just be a codec problem.

If you haven't done so already, I recommend installing all DivX codecs too, it will save you some time in the long run.

Yeah VLC is a great player.

Zoomplayer could be another option too.
