As you might already know, we are not very fond of being squeezed into just one particular category or genre. A lot of our fans are fond of the soprano/classical elements. And I respect that. If we wanted to be a pure goth rock band, I guess we had the possibility when Vibeke left. But then again we went for a new and 'fresh' approach with Mariangela. If you are curious about the fresh songs, I would advice you visit the website to read Anders' post 'making music'. It makes a good read - even I found it interesting

In fact, I find your question a bit insulting.

I am proud to be part of a band that keeps evolving.  If you listen to our albums you will find that evolvement is an important part of our identity.

If you don't like our new songs: Fine by me. You are entitled to have your say.

When it comes to Nightwish and Sirenia - and even Metallica - I never cared much for their music. I like Tom Waits.

Now, you must excuse me - I have some serious flagburning to do:)
