Latin Lyrics
« on: 28 May 2011, 01:11:08 »

I have almost all the lyrics for WoG and WW songs but none of BtV exept of Angina ("Ut te postremo donarem munere mortis")  :(   does anybody know them ? Also if you know of any live videos of Vibeke singing the choirs it could help me to find out what she's saying  ;)

Lethean River begins with Agnus Dei. I think it's a sample from Symphony of Music (something they cite in their booklet), since people have heard it in various movies.

Vibeke shows feelings more than words. This is a very vadno, the words make sense Tristania more and more interesting, I think this whole story tsyvilizatsii, almost all and sundry, there are those whom history does not avoid, but finds there are those on whom cross paths, there is dirt and sky, legends, history, love and life.
On the internet there are pages of text. I have so far had not read the text of the songs from Marie Rubikon.
Everyone has a choice. My choice is to understand and feel the situation and find a way out, so I prefer to write from a studio that we have to drive or MP3. All the videos are concerts at which the group, I think can not fully concentrate. It is a pity of course ...
If there are words Rubicon, please write ... My request. If there are words Rubicon, please write ... My request.

Подобная ситуация, как в то время когда я в армии служил. Должен быть уволен в тот день когда находился на службе. Согласно устава я ещё не уволен, относительно человечность уволен в 1999 году. Не вероятная ситуация.

Okay so here it's what I've got:

1. Beyond the Veil: Missing.
2. Aphelion:
"Spiritus sana me verberis in detrimentis. Ergo solum da requiem."

3. A Sequel of Decay:
"Checkered by the dawn, enslaved in life and glory
Swept up by the mortal waste of my enslaved emotion
Aeons of the cross in argentine frailty.
Hopefully you'll stop him and prevail the conquering angina
Hopefully you'll stop him and prevail the conquering..."

4. Opus Relinque: Missing.
"Diva ni pro monis amori vite est animo
  solum dolum mei doloris."
 "Agnus Dei..."
Still a few missing words in here.

5. Lethean River:
 "Agnus Dei..."

6. ...of Ruins and a Red Nightfall: there aren't any missing lyrics... I think.
7. Angina:
"Ut te postremo donarem munere mortis."

8. Heretique:
"Es gibt keinen Gott, es gibt kein Leben.
Sie werden alle sterben, ohne die Erlösung."

9. Dementia: there aren't any missing lyrics... I think.

What I have made of Opus Relinque so far:
diva ni pro monis amori vite est animu
which google translates to
had it not been for the goddess of life is the soul admonished to love

It is probably not correct, but I didn't have Latin in school.
However it is more than nothing and who knows, there may be someone who can do something with it

^That's similar to what I wrote when I tried to find the words but with real latin words :o Thanks, huge contribution ;D

Maybe it could be:
"Diva ni pro monis amori vite est animo
solum dolum mei doloris."

Animo (which means mind) seems to make more sense but you can never know what's said in there unless you ask Einar, Morten or Anders since there is no order in latin sentences.
