I agree with you about the male singer in LC, guess he just there cos he`s Cristina`s boyfriend
The bass player was Cristina's boyfriend, not the singer ;)

Hm... I don't mind him that much. His voice fits the more mainstream approach of their music. Besides, I saw them perform live and I never saw an entire band playing so enthousiastic.

it’s not that bad, the guy can sing... but personnaly, i would be more atract by them if he was not singing. and that’s true, they’re pretty good live. cristina is a tiny piece of woman, but damn, she can rock!

I could say Lacuna is one of my favourites... but they kinda go on and off on my scale... I have moments, days, weks, months when I could listen to their music all the time and then I forget all about them and again... Good band indeed, Scabia is imho a great singer, very talented, Andrea (at least I think that is his name), was good too, but on Comalies he lost his charm and intensity...
I have all their album, I think In A Reverie is the best, especially songs like Circle and Cold. Also Comalies is a really good album, maybe a lil bit popish, but anyway I like it, espeically songs like Comalies, Swamped, Entwined,....
Haven't seen them live though yet, hope to get that oppurtinity some day...

Comalies is quite poppish actually but regardless I think its really a great album.  I havent really listened to them in awhile but its not because I think they have lost their edge or anything.  With thousands of great songs out there its tough for me to just listen to a select few albums religiously.  Their male vocalist took time to grow on me but after about six listens I began to realize he's not that bad!  :P  In A Reverie would be my second favorite if more songs were like Circle it would probably be a favorite.

I quite like Lacuna Coil, they're pretty cool. I only have their "Comalies" album though. I've heard that, that is their best anyhow...
