Well I must say that I went to graspop the last 4 years..but I don't like the festival that much. The last edition was very messed up: the campingside was too far away, bad organisation and the mainstage had a bad sound.
I am happy to see that the line-up is good, but I hope they also improved the facilities.

I agree with you, It's not like wacken,  last time it was a mess.   the festival becomes to big and commercial. too bad. I liked t more years ago.
last year the mayor forbid fire on the campside beacause of the dry weather,  so the security was required to put out every fire,  even the gas burner to make your soup and saugages warm.  and they did that very rude.
al the sharp rules poisons the atmosphere.
but I still go,  It's the most nearest festival to my living place, so lots of friends are going too.  and I've always got lots of fun in the 24 hours tent.

Most nearest? woww that is no Holland anymore haha....well I live in Utrecht so I everything is basicly far away and still easy to find. I love waldrock more: the atmosphere is great always, but well don't like the line-up either haha.

I live in the south west of holland (zeeland).  But not for long anymore.
At the time of graspop I will live in Breda. but still the nearest festival.
Waldrock is a nice festival too,  but one day is too short.
