Spoken? It's sung. From Tristania.com:

Alt tar slutt
Alt vil bli flammars rov
Love fornying når klokkå slår
Løfte du blikket
Alt som er dødt forgår
Alt som har skjedd vil skje igjen

Rough translation (a bit of google and a bit of me trying to decrypt it, since norwegian and dutch are germanic languages):

Everything ends
Everything will be the prey of flames
Promises renewal when bells toll
Lift your gaze
Everything that died will be forgotten
Everything that happened will happen again

Love renews when the bells toll

Just spoke to a norwegian guy (who lives in the part where they predominantly have the other norwegian language) and he tells me it's "Promises renewal when bells toll" (google translated it wrong. Now I think of it, it has the same origin as the dutch "belofte").

So - who? Ole and Kjetil both have more delicate voices than this.

I can say now for shure that it's Osten  :P. Because in an interview with Anders i read that the last part of "Illuminatin" is somewhat like a goodbye from Osten. So he said that Osten speaks or sings that part ;).

People forget one important thing: Østen is from Stavanger and Kjetil is from Vest-Agder (according to MySpace).
The dialect spoken on that song is clearly the western variant of norwegian (notice the ''french r'', so it's Østen alright ;)
I'm from Norway, so I can hear that the voice is typical western Norway.
