I also count Cease to Exist as one of my fave songs, not juts by Tristania, but in general. It's amazing, because it sounds so fragile and delicate, and the melody is so nicely harmonized with Vibeke's enchanting voice.... And I can esaily picture thins song in my head... Really one of the best ones...
And concerning to Cease To Exist should've been on Widow's Weeds... why do you all care about that so much? :mellow: I have it on DEMO and I'm completely satisfied with that, I would be also if I didin't have the demo... It's important that the song exist and that you like it, not where can you buy or get it...

Agreed, but a great number of ppl have the WW but dont have the DEMO, and they are missing one of the greatest songs in my opinion

Hello everyone! i am new here, for now, and i hope i won't disturb by giving my humble opinions on the different topics of this forum...
as for Cease to Exist... it's undoubtebly one of the best Tristanian songs and i, as many of you, wonder how come it wasn't featured on Widow's Weed... oh well the song is quite emotional and beautiful! i really like the enchanting atmosphere and Vibeke's whispers complete the magic of the song! perfection!

The song is already very beautiful. If there are no new ideas to improve the song like they did with Midwintertears and Pale Enchantress then there's no need to re-record it.

I really like this song... you can make include it your WWs album if you want or you can do yourself a tristania mixed cd with your favs songs, I have 2 of this cds but I like some otheres songs I left out.

I actually have Cease to Exist and Sirene on my Widows Weeds album but on the end, not at the beginning (weird, bonus tracks on the beginning;P). I think
Cease to Exist is one of the best Tristania's songs i really love the magic atmosphere and vibeke's voice is perfect as always :rolleyes:
