Lol, i wasnt comapring Nightwish to britney! you got me wrong I was saying i hope TRISTANIA are someday as popular as Britney! (Cos she is over popular and for no reason) In the post you quoted i didnt offend Nightwish i just said that IMHO i dont like them and that i believe that Tristania are much better than them (they are different gernes really, but get cuopled together alot) and finally i said that since Nightwish are popular it would be a goodthing for tristania to tour with them (although then they will be more coupled with them <_< ) I dont believe i was THAT offensive in any way

I don`t like Nightwish too much and especially not their latest work, but a tour with a famous band like them is definitively a great opportunity for Tristania, so I`m sorry to hear that they`re not playing somewhere near... (well austria would be close enough) GOD I HATE BRITNEY, please don`t mention her again, OK!!??

Let's stop comparing them if possible, okay? They are both cool in different ways and it's wrong to compare them! I know a lot of ppl say the same but still the comparisons haven't stopped!

Get used to it. Since Nightwish is broken through and Tristania is about to (if everything goes well). While we hear the difference, other (untrained) listeners can't. Most of us know the backgrounds of both bands and know they differ as well. Besides, this is the Tristania forum, so more people favor Tristania (I hope ).

lol, Yes ashes does seem like the album that would carry tristania to the next level , Its catchy, gloomy, heavy and magical, it should do great -if everything goes well I guess we should just populate the nightwish forums

I also agree with Black Swans about NW and Tristania not being a very good mix, but the biggest problem is that they won't come to Hungary during this tour, argh.

and in Poland;( Well, I had an opportunity to see Tristania and NW in one week but not together. On 20. of October I saw NW's gig in Berlin and a few days later on 23. of October there was a Therion & Tristania's gig in my city in Poland Bloodygirl, were you on any of those Therion & Tristania's concerts?

Well, I don't have anything against Nightwish headlining Tristania. I always preferred Tristania, but I have to admit I really like Nightwish's latest stuff too. Only drawback is that I had to rush to buy the tickets because Tarja & co concerts tend to be sold out really fast here, and I'm usually a 'last minute' person...
Wise move here: I actually bought the Nightwish tickets before I even knew who the 'support act' would be...Tristania is not even written on them. Without that it would have been their first belgian gig I would have miss...
See you there for the ones coming to the Oktoberhallen.
