I knew Tristania thanks to Wormwood. so.....it's my favorite song of all their albums. :)

great song. Maybe they should have used that choir tune less, because it's repeated too much during the song

01 The Shining Path
02 Crushed dreams
03 Tender trip to earth
04 The Modern End
05 Wormwood
06 Selling out
07 Deadlocked
08 Hatred grows
09 World of glass

The choral work is the best, the other parts i'm not so much a fan of.  I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but it's okay.

Well, Wormwood it's a great song, but not exactly the best of the album.

But it's a song with many things under the cover... for thinking a lot...

The best song in WoG it's The Shining Path!!!! what a song!!! it was my first time with tristania and i felt in love inmidiatly with them *-*

1. The Shining Path
2. Wormwood
3. Crushed Dreams
4. World of Glass
5. Selling Out
6. Hatred Grows
7. Deadlocked
8. Lost
9. The Modern End
10. Tender Trip to Earth

These are my top ten tracks from Tristania. Even the weakest song is better than any other song on the other 4 albums. So, Wormwood is my second favorite Tristania track

Love the song. It's so epic
but the lyrics creep me out a little bit
I'm Catholic...so....
but that doesn't mean it's a bad song. It's definitely amazing

Totally dark and creepy. Yet not a fast song 8)

Brilliantly written

Yeah, one of my all-time favourites! They got everything right with this one! The second time the choir enters (2:40) is my favourite part. Lyrics are some of Østen's best.

One of the best Tristania song!!
love the way Vibby sings:
How did it all come to this?
brought to us by Judas kiss

it's extremely beautiful!!!

and love : "God is dead"
it's so direct

For everyone who wants the full latin lyrics of Wormwood:

"In taberna quando sumus
Non curamus quid sit humus
Hoc est opus ut quæratur
Et impositor lotium

Benigna autem noctum
Tormenta quod si eris
Benigna autem noctum
Octa remus remigium

Silva, sine mora (prosperitatis)
silve per amena
(semper) angaria"

Most of those are just random words from Carmina Burana (or whatever it's called). I'm not saying you're wrong, but it lacks the same accuracy as the first three lines.

I know. I printed the carmina burana for looking for the lyrics, just like Tristania hehe. Morten was the one who knew Latin, so probably in WoG the latin words doesn't mean anything.
