seen on tristania.com, the official Tristania iPhone App has finally been released to the App Store! Connect your iPhone and go get it
here.
The app was developed by me in cooperation with Ole, also with help from Tinko and valuable input from Tjeerd. The idea is for it to serve as an aggregate platform of Tristania's various digital presences, allowing us the fans to easily keep up with all the ongoings!
To think - only like a year back, they were honestly pretty bad at talking to us, and we had to wrestle with them to get any juicy behind-the-scenes information. Now, however, they are constantly communicating, and welcoming us into their world both physically and digitally. So the need for this app shows that it is great times indeed to be a Tristania fan!
For those of you interested in the technical side of things, there are some
development notes on our blog.
Please use this thread as a dumping ground for bug reports, ideas, etc.
Also, as you will note, the app contains band comments on the albums and songs, collected from various interviews etc. If you find a band comment that you think you should be in the app, post that here too, and we'll automagically include it.
